PCS error: 9, parameter check, invalid verb from Allocate

Rumba Co-existence problem:
---------------------------
There is a coexistence problem with WALL DATA's Rumba (v2.0) product
and PROGRESS/400 Windows client (v7.2D, 7.3A).

Rumba 5250 display station is configured to use the PC support
interface (router) and is actively running, the PROGRESS/400 Windows
will fail during a connect (SNA or LFP) with the following error:

PCS error: 9, parameter check, invalid verb from Allocate.

Likewise, if the PROGRESS/400 client is active and connected to
an AS/400 database, starting a Rumba session using the PC support
router will fail with a similar error.

NOTE: An older version of RUMBA (version 2.0 release 2.0 level 00)
which is IBM's copyright program works fine. Tested with Progress
v6.2M22 and 7.2D01.
