SYMPTOM(s):
IOException reading message from server : <IOException_string> (8117)
The error occurred while attempting to receive a message from a server.
CAUSE:
An incorrect startup parameter is being passed.
FIX:
Review the Properties file of the AS Broker, particularly the Server and Server Startup Parameters. Verify that the startup parameters are correctly entered and are valid for the product being used.
For example: the -lkwtmo (Use Lock Time Out) parameter being incorrectly entered as -lk wtmo will cause error 8117.
