Norton Antivirus (NAV) protection utility 7.0x resident in memory
Shared memory in use by a process other than PROGRESS. (8872)
CAUSE:
A shared memory segment is being used by the Norton Antivirus Utility (NAV). NAV scans memory for possible active viruses, making the shared memory segment unavailable for other processes.
FIX:
Stop the antivirus service, start the database and restart the antivirus. You may need to change settings within the antivirus software so scanning of Progress related files does not occur.
