Recently Actuate released Service Pack 2 for their Actuate 5 platform. This product adds support for Progress 9.1C.

FIX:
The Actuate 5 SP2 is provided by Actuate Corp. With this product Actuate is eliminating the naming schema for the product versioning in the traditional format of "Actuate version 5.x". Also with this change it has eliminated the concept of patches for a product; instead a full installation of the product is required.
If you are trying to update your product from an older version and you acquired it through Progress Software, then you will need to follow up your product upgrade with a sales representative from PSC.
