SYMPTOM(s):
Install aborts and installation does not complete.
Progress session cannot be started
Error: "isset_se not responding"
Norton Antivirus is running.
CAUSE:
Installing Progress while Norton Antivirus is running can cause this error to occur.
FIX:
Turn off Norton Antivirus before installing Progress. After the installation is complete restart Norton Antivirus.
