SUMMARY:
LFP error: 254, insufficient real-mode memory available, in
establish_as4_lfp. (4928)
Failed to connect to AS/400 database. (2467)
This error indicates that there was not enough real memory to load the
protocol LFP to establish a connection to the AS/400.
This is the memory area in the PC that's between 0 - 640k.
In the AS/400 JOBLOG you will see this entry:
PRO0001 10 DIAG PROGRESS:_FATALERROR: QOLFIO receive, ret=83,rsn=4002
To resolve this error, you will needed to use some type of memory
manager on the PC and reduce the real mode memory loaded.
