SYMPTOM(s):
Progress database log (dbname.lg) was deleted.
The prolog command will delete the Progress database log file (dbname.lg) when the command is issued within a UNIX shell script or Windows batch file from a remote file system.
Prolog does not work across different file systems.
CAUSE:
Progress Bug# 19991109-007.
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress version 9.1D (with its latest service pack) or 10.0A.
