Does using -v6q also disable mult. recs. per network packet?

When a program is compiled under the -v6q option, all the FOR EACH,
PRESELECT, and SELECT statements are compiled into old (v6 style)
queries, which are the same as FIND queries, and do NOT pack multiple
records into network packets.

In version v7 USE-INDEX is treated like -v6q and you do not get multi-
records per packet. This is different in version 8 - you DO get
multiple records if you specify NO-LOCK on the query.
