Windows
FIX:
1) Click the "Start" button on the Windows taskbar.
2) Select Settings-> Control Panel.
3) Double-click the "Keyboard" icon.
4) select the "Speed" tab.
5) Drag the slider on the 'Cursor Blink Rate' option to the far left.
6) Click "Apply", then "OK".
