SYMPTOM(s):

Comma key of the numeric keyboard types incorrect character.

User is using Brazilian ABNT-2 keyboard.

User is using Progress Character client.

CAUSE:

The problem is related to the fact that the Brazilian numeric format uses the comma symbol as a decimal separator.

FIX:

Invoke another keyboard API called prokey32.dll.

In order for the Progress client to find the DLL, an empty prokey32.txt file needs to be created in one of the following three locations:

a) Working directory
b) %DLC%\BIN directory
c) In a directory that belongs to the Windows PATH
