SUMMARY:
This Knowledge Base explains how to install the supported Sun JRE that's included on the SonicMQ installation CD.
EXPLANATION:
To install SonicMQ on Solaris you must have the supported JRE installed prior to the SonicMQ installation. If the supported JRE is not on the machine, you can install it from the SonicMQ installation CD.
SOLUTION:
To install the supported JRE, run the self-extracting .bin file located in the jre-installs\sun directory on the CD. Once this is done then you will be able to install the SonicMQ product.
