SYMPTOM(s):
OS-COMMAND NO-WAIT does not always work properly on a UNIX platform.
OS-COMMAND NO-WAIT waits for the OS command to terminate before returning to the running Progress procedure.
OS-COMMAND NO-WAIT prompts the user to press the space bar before returning control to the procedure issuing the OS-COMMAND NO-WAIT statement.

CAUSE:
This is expected behavior, and the documentation was incorrect.
The NO-WAIT option is implemented for Windows platforms only.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later
The documentation has been updated in these releases
