Error message is displayed when user tries to create, maintain and/or synchronize the schema holder
After creating the p__* Files in the schema holder during a create, error message 724 is displayed
Progress session is started using -rx parameter
FIX:
If a Progress session is started using the -rx parameter, the user will not be able to perform these tasks because the meta schema contained in the p__* files in the Dictionary Library are considered data not meta data.
In order to create, maintain or synchronize a Progress/400 schema holder, a full development license is required. Full Development licenses are; 4GL Development, Provision, etc...
