%SYSTEM-S-NOTALLPRIV, not all requested privileges authorized
Description:
-----------
PROGRESS stores the current privilege mask of a process
before entering PROGRESS.
It is during the restore of that privilege mask that PROGRESS
generates the above condition.
Solution:
--------
The DEFAULT Privileges granted in the Authorize Record of
the user exceed the AUTHORIZED Privilege's. The AUTHORIZED
privileges should be equal to or greater then the DEFAULT
Privileges.
