SYMPTOM(s):
Error when making changes within the Progress WebClient Application Assembler's "System Tasks Definition/ShortCuts" tab.
The LOAD of <key-value file> failed. (4450)
The LOAD of <Software\MicroSoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce> failed (4450).
CAUSE:
WebClient cannot properly add/update the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MicroSoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce" Registry key.
FIX:
Manually edit the Windows Registry and check to be sure the
the following key was added/updated properly:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MicroSoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
If not, the key will have to be manually added.
