Customer had to set "shutdown=A" in config.286 file in order to get
Progress to run. According to this customer, any Everex machine will
have this type of BIOS (Everex purchased the rights to it), so if a
customer with this configuration calls and cannot get extended mode
Pogress running, try having them set "shutdown=A" in config.286.
