TERM I/O error 1665, IOVMS Unable to reestablish controlmask
%SYSTEM-S-NOTALLPRIV, not all requested privileges authorized
Description:

PROGRESS stores the current privledge mask of a process
before entering PROGRESS.
It is during the restore of that privledge mask, that
generates the above condition.
Solution:
--------
The DEFAULT Privledges granted in the Authorize Record of
the user exceed the AUTHORIZED Privledge's. The AUTHORIZED
privledges should be equal to or greater then the DEFAULT
Privledges.
