Kbase 63930: Erro ao carregar Plugin Fathom em Ambiente AIX

Situação: AdminServer e AppServer em Ambiente AIX, com Progress 11.6.3. Acesso remoto utilizando OpenEdge Explorer apresentando erro.
Análise: no log do AdminServer são apresentados erros ao carregar Plugin do Fathom
"Fathom plugin has been explicitly disabled by system property and will not be loaded.
Plugin not licensed. (ADMMsg037) (7438)
Plugin.Fathom not installed: Plugin AdminServer
Failed to install plugin Plugin.Fathom. (7433)"
Diagnóstico: em sistemas operacionais Linux/Unix, em algumas situações, no arquivo fathom.init.params o parâmetro fathomEnabled é marcado como "false" (fathomEnabled=false) , gerando o erro acima
Solução: alterar o parâmetro fathomEnabled para "true" (fathomEnabled=true) e reiniciar o AdminServer
