Date, Month, Year & Time will vary in WebSpeed versions prior to 3.1B (with patch)
In WebSpeed 3.1B the following will be displayed:
Set-Cookie: SERVER_CONNECTION_ID=; expires=Wed, 02-Jan-1991
00:00:00 GMT; path=scripts/messenger/WService=wsbroker1
The application cannot run .r code.
The application is not setting or using cookies.
All static html files, located within the root directory of the Web server pass and correctly display page format.
CAUSE:
Agent startup parameters are incorrect. For example, the -db connection variable is missing.
FIX:
Review agent connection variables and make sure all the information is correct
