Menu: Environment > Updates > Customize
You can customize the update in the 'Process Customization' screen. The screen sums up all customizations of this environment.
- Stage selection:
On this screen you can customize the stages to be executed in the Update Console. In the list you see only the stages that belong to the selected update.
- Discard update database:
Updates use the databases registered in the environment. You can delete a database temporarily while the update runs.
- Application server:
Enter in this screen the console that will use the Progress Application Server (AppServer).
- Partitioned execution:
By partitioning the execution you can run various update/conversion programs in parallel for certain tables, which TOTVS releases in advance.
- Advanced stages:
Use this screen to select the 4GL connection settings for the console stages.
- 'Delete customizations':
Deletes all customizations of the selected update.
They remain in the disk, so when the console restarts they are brought back and can be used in later executions.
