From Console 5.2 on, you must enter the current version of the product in the 'Change Version' field on the Console home screen in the first environment update. From then on, this version is automatically updated when the updates are fully applied to the environments, when using the console with an authenticated user. In anonymous mode, defining the current version of the environment remains manual.
After registering the current version of the environment, the console provides the applicable versions for your environment in Target Product. You can select any of the targets listed using authenticated mode and the console will download the required updates. Only the next target is listed in anonymous mode.
The update lists make up the package name, the package number, where the environment is updated, the release date, and the approximate package size. The package contains the description of the update or what has been fixed, if a fix release.
The Console downloads all the files required for the update. Binary files Progress and Java/Flex are stored in the update folder\reparq.

If you have any environment that runs programs besides the directory specified in the environment, such as appserver or terminal servers, then the files must be manually copied to these locations.
The client can stop the process at any time during the download by clicking 'Stop Download'. The partially downloaded file will be deleted. You cannot stop the process during the application of the package.
