This screen is displayed only when the contact is related to more than one company. Select for which company you want to use the Update Console this time.
Every time the Console is opened, it selects which company to work with.
A contact (email) may be related to more than one company.
Example:
CLOUD analyst or consultant who has been granted permission from clients X and Y.
These data come from the TOTVS Customer Portal.
Environment information is shared with all contacts in the same company.
It is not possible to create a password or download upgraded environments offline. However, the environment administrator can apply any upgrades to the existing environment from the local cached information.
TOTVS will not access the clients computer. The client's computer is the one that accesses TOTVS webservice. In this case, as the communication is made on https, having released the Internet access on port 443, it is possible to work online. If for any reason you still do not have Internet access, you can continue working the same way you have always worked in anonymous mode. But you will not have access to the new features and update history.
