Ambiente:
Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bits, Progress 11.6
Sintoma:
Ao tentar executar o Progress é recebido a mensagem "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007"
Caso efetuada tentativa de desinstalação, ocorre o erro "An Error (-5011: 0x80040702) has ocurred while running the setup"
Solução:
Efetuar a exclusão da biblioteca MSVCR100.DLL (%WINDIR%\SysWOW64\MSVCR100.DLL) e reinstalar a versão 32 bits do Pacote Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
