FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
JRun 3.0 hangs after setup and configured with AIA.
Error 500 is seen in the browser when performing a test configuration
CAUSE:
When setting up the Servlet Definitions Init Arguments, a carriage is present at the end of the last line.
For example, when adding the Init Arguments:
InstallDir=<progress-install-dir>
instanceName=Aia1
PropertyFileName=<progress-install-dir>/properties/ubroker.properties
FIX:
It may not be possible to know if there is a carriage return at the end of the PropertyFileName line. If there is any doubt, delete and reenter all the information in the Init Arguments box.
