The unsatisfied symbol may also be "pwrite" or "pwrite64".
CAUSE:
These symbols were introduced on an HP-UX patch; they are an enhancement to the Operating system. You must install the appropriate patch that includes these symbols.
FIX:
Progress 9.1C and 9.1D require XSWGR1100, PHSS_22543 and PHSS_22478 (or newer ones) to run.
If you need to use the probuild utility, PHSS_22868 is also required.
At the time of this writing (Dec 17th 2002) the latest versions are:
XSWGR1100 version 11.00.51.2 as of Decemeber 2002.
PHSS_22543 -> latest version is PHSS_26945.
PHSS_22478 -> latest version is PHSS_26559.
