Error (775) on Unix AT&T 5.4 machines/NCR
Out of user message buffer space -- shutting down. (775)
You ran out of memory on the server in OPENNET LAN PROGRESS.
On AT&T 5.4 systems, mostly NCR machines:
Typically under heavy load error (775) occurs.
NCR (AT&T) support put out a TECH NOTE that states kernel parameter
STRTHRESH found in /etc/conf/cf.d/mtune is no longer needed.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.
STRTHRESH, streams threshold is dpendant on system memory and network
protocol and load.
