GOAL:
How to manually remove an existing 9.1x EDOC installation.
FIX:
Follow these steps to manually remove the 9.1x EDOC from your system:
1) Remove the install directories for the viewer and documentation
set. By default these are "psdoc91x" and "psvw91x", that is,
c:\psdoc91b and c:\psvw91x.
2) Next, run REGEDIT or REGEDT32 (for NT). Remove the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PROGRESSS Software Corporation\Edoc
Viewer\9.1x
- and -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PROGRESSS Software Corporation\Edoc
Collections\9.1x
