FIX:
Microsoft Windows CE (Compact Edition) is the 32-bit operational system version for handheld devices and other mobile equipment.
At this writing, no Progress products are certified to run with Windows CE.
Alternatively -- An application can be deployed using the Progress WebSpeed product through a web browser on Windows CE. This approach can also be used on other non Progress certified platforms such as Apple and Silicon Graphics.
In all cases, this alternative relies on having a web browser client that meets Progress requirements.
