MTUNLKDB BUG with PROGRESS 6.2N VAX/VMS

The following error message posted in both the SERVER and
the DATABASE log files under PROGRESS 6.2N VAX/VMS is a
known bug.

Description: This bug presents itself in REMOTE SERVER
functionality with PROGRESS 6.2N. Occasionally
during the backing out of TRANSACTIONS, our
inservice counter would not decrement properly.
The end result is an ABNORMAL SHUTDOWN of the
Database.
Solution: Upgrade to PROGRESS 6.2N03 with the 6.2N09 patch VAX/VMS.
