DG 5.4.3 -directio multi-vol extent timestamp DG PATCH
Problems have been experienced with 5.4.3 when using the
-directio option. Using the -directio option on 5.4.3 could result
in timestamps of extents in a multi-volume database being out of synch
(Errors 605, 606, 1486). This was a DG problem.
DG has issued update MU02 to DG/UX 5.4.3 to resolve this issue. (The
update is also known as DG patch #56).
We have certified our product on DG/UX 5.4.3 with DG update MU02 as
a requirement.
