SYMPTOM(s):
Installation process is allowing options [5."License Information", 8."Install Location" and/or 9."Configuration and Defaults"] to be chosen without a Product status being "selected", thus status is "NOT SELECTED"
The following error messages is displayed within the job log;
Error occurred during message file operation ?C
When the process hangs, overall system performance degradation occurs and the job has to be ended manually.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20010515-012
FIX:
Upgrade the DataServer to V9.1C
If upgrading is not possible the following workaround is available:
- Select Option 1, "Select for Installation" prior to any other options.
