Kbase 20971: iPlanet Web Server 4.1 SP7 and higher breaks WebSpeed with NSAPI

SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to find Web object file 'xxx/' when running NSAPI with WebSpeed application
A forward slash, /, is added to the end of every URL
Using NSAPI messenger / WSNSA.dll
CGIIP messenger works fine when accessing WebSpeed application
Errors are also seen when using any version higher than iPlanet 4.1 SP7 (including iPlanet 6 SP1 etc...)
Able to switch to another messenger with iPlanet Web Server
CAUSE:
Netscape issue, however Progress Development is currently reviewing the issue. The issue is specific to a change that Netscape made within SP7 on Netscape 4.1. Thus, all future versions of Netscape Web Servers respond in the same behavior when using the NSAPI messenger.
FIX:
At this time, a workaround is to use the CGIIP messenger.
