FIX:
Follow these steps to connect MS-Excel or MS-Query to a Progress database via ODBC:
1) Open Excel.
2) Go to Data > Get External data > New Database Queried.
This shows a list of configured DSN.
3) Pick up the DSN you want to test with.
4) Type in password at the login screen.
5) Select the tables and fields to assemble your query from the
query wizard.
6) Launch MSQRY32.exe from:
C:\program files\microsoft office\office.
