SYMPTOM(s):
Error CPF3743 is encountered during the installation of Progress/400 DataServer
Error CPF3743 means: Message: File cannot be restored, displayed, or listed.
CAUSE:
The file was saved from a more recent release of the operating system or the media is a correctly mastered CD_ROM.
FIX:
To recover, do one of the following:
1. Display or list the media on a more recent release of the operating system.
2. Perform the save operation again with a more recent release of the operating system specifying the correct value on the target release.
3. Use a CD-ROM that was mastered correctly
