CAUSE:

The errors mean that the rundos.exe file (supplied by Progress and is called when a DOS or DOS Silent command is issued) cannot find the DOS command interpreter (command.com) in the location pointed to by COMSPEC.

FIX:

COMSPEC must point to a valid command.com.
