SYMPTOM(s):
Norton AntiVirus 5 is installed and running
Installation of Progress ProVision fails with error.
Error: failed to register psccab.dll
CAUSE:
There exist a conflict with Norton AntiVirus 5 and Progress during the installation.
FIX:
After the reboot that follows the installation, manually register the psccab.dll file.
