SYMPTOM(s):
Working within a visual basic background.
Some ActiveX controls, when used with Progress, do not expose the properties named ToolTip and/or ToolTipText.
FIX:
Visual Basic appears to be implementing these properties. The properties (itself) do not exist within the ActiveX Control. Consequently, the properties are not valid from within Progress
