Creation of database fails with error.
** Cannot find or open file <file-name>, errno = <number>. (43)
Cannot find or open file database.db errno = 2. (43)
CAUSE:
A references to a previous release of Progress exists in the Windows NT/2000 Registry, in the Windows NT/2000 environment variables, or in the Progress .ini files that you use, or in the autoexec.bat file at the root of your C:\ (or main) drive.
FIX:
Remove references to all previous release of Progress.
