Results bug - error 91 (FO for first page header only)
RESULTS bug 94-03-14-020
When you run a report using FO (first page header only) and you
press f5 to add a database field.
to reproduce
1) select Reports off of main menu.
2) Define Customer file.
3) select any field, say cust-num
4) go into settings and select FO for first page header only
5) press f5 to add a database field.
6) select say cust-num field.
7) run the report.
you will see the error 91
