Running distributed configuration
CAUSE:
When you download (only) the messenger from Progress website, the only file that is created within the $DLC/properties folder is the "msngr.properties". The file layout of msngr.properties is equivalent to that of the ubroker.properties file. Thus the file can easily be configured and tailored like the ubroker.properties file.
When the WebSpeed URL is loaded, Progress internally searches for configuration information through a file name "ubroker.properties". The following errors will occur in situations when there is no file named "ubroker.properties".
FIX:
Change the file name in $DLC/properties from msngr.properties to ubroker.properties.
