Image does not fit in parent frame when accessing dict 4041
A user who receives error 4041 when trying to access the data
dictionary under MS-Windows may have the v6display option in the
progress.ini set to YES. If this is so, they must be informed that
they cannot access any of the ADE tools (except the procedure editor).
The reason is that the ADE is for GUI mode only (version 7 display
mode).
V6display mode is only for users who are trying
to compile their version 6 application and run under version 7.
