Clients not connecting or dropping connection to database
Port in use error when starting database server
port is already in use (785)
could not connect to server (1432)

CAUSE:
W32/QAZ.worm Virus. This virus replaces Notepad and shows up in Windows
Task Manager after Notepad has been run, or after Windows is started.
FIX:
The virus can be removed manually but a virus checker is the best way to prevent it from reoccurring.
