SUMMARY:
This solution discusses the situation where an issue still exits with the Progress Web Client after application of the latest patch.
SOLUTION:
When you apply a patch to Progress, be aware that the Web Client install directory on the server is not updated. For example, by default, the WebClient installs into:
C:\Program Files\Progress Software\WebClient
The prowc.exe file is placed in the C:\Program Files\Progress
Software\WebClient\bin\ directory.
In order to update the executable after you apply a patch, copy the prowc.exe file from the %DLC%\bin directory into the WebClient\bin directory.
