How to use the -B parameter with idxcheck.
FIX:
- The number of blocks that are required for traversing an index is fairly small.
- In theory, the use of -B parameter values larger than a few thousand blocks would not give any improvement in performance.
- If you tried 10,000 blocks and then 20,000, there should be no noticeable difference.
- However, as you use larger and larger values of -B, performance level improves less and less.
