SYMPTOM(s):
Client Networking was installed using NetSetup.
SQL-92 ODBC driver cannot establish a connection to the database.
Receives the following message:
You are not licensed to use this Merant ODBC driver you have purchased, if you wish to purchase a license for use with this application, then you may use this driver for a period of 30 days during which time you are required to obtain this license.
CAUSE:
The pgodbc.lic file is not present on the client.
FIX:
Move the pgodbc.lic to reside on the client machine in the %windir%\system32
