The logical name for the foreign database (-ld parameter in the connection string) is different than the DataServer image stored in the schema holder.
CAUSE:
The logical database name specified in the connection string is different than the one defined in the schema holder.
FIX:
Change the schema image name to match -ld parameter in connection string.
