Unable to Read Messenger Properties (6538)
CAUSE:
One possible cause for this error is permission settings in the Windows NT Registry. The registry keys for Progress are under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\9.XX
(where xx is the Progress version.)
FIX:
Make sure the default user for the WebServer has permissions to read the Registry keys that Messenger needs.
