SYMPTOM(s):
Upgrade of Progress install erased properties files.
ubroker.properties file is erased
conmgr.properties file is erased
The problem happens after upgrade of an existing installation of Progress.

CHANGE:
Upgraded an Existing Progress Installation.
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The Progress upgrade overwrites the existing installation of Progress it does not rename the existing ubroker.properties file and conmgr.properties file but erases them and create new files.
FIX:
Restore the copies of the DLC/properties files from a backup take prior to the upgrade.
If the DLC/properties/*.properties files were not copied to another location before the upgrade, this information has been lost. Reconfigure the properties file or restore the properties files from a backup.
