Progress does not automatically create the SQL schema
CAUSE:
When you use Progress Version 9.1B on Linux and SCO Unixware, Progress does not automatically create the SQL schema when a Version 9.1A database is specified.
FIX:
Create manually the SQL schema by using the "mkschema" utility.
