_proclib\_proc.p: unable to eval fld for assignment (143)
Users running version 7 of Progress may find that they get error 143
when they select the Librarian from the Tools Menu. Error 143 reads:
'**proclib\_proc.p: unable to evaluate field for assignmetn' (143).
Solution: Must set DLC outside of Windows even if they have already
set it in PROGRESS.INI.
